The Jungle Book D23 Poster

Walt Disney will be bringing there classic animated film to live action once again next year. Apart from Beauty and the Beast, the classic tale of The Jungle Book will come to life not once but twice.

During the D23 Expo, the first poster for The Jungle Book was released. This one is being directed by Jon Favreau (Iron Man, Chef). The film maybe live action but we only have one live actor and the rest are voice actors. Favreau even said that this is essentiaally an animated movie. The film has a great ensemble of voice actors headed by Sir Ben Kingsley as Bagheera, Lupita Nyong'o as Raksha, Idris Elba as Shere Khan, Scarlett Johansson as Kaa, Christopher Walken as King Louie, Bill Murray as Baloo and Neel Sethi as Mowgli. Below is the short synopsis of the film:

"An orphan boy is raised in the jungle with the help of a pack of wolves, a bear, and a black panther."
